I ordered an aftermarket backup camera (same I had in my Tundra, so easy install), but I am having trouble finding out where the reverse wire is so I can tap into it for the camera to power on when put into reverse. I feel like there should be a wire that I can tap into going into the reverse lights, but I also understand that the reverse wire is under the driver's side dash? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Running the camera off the lights shouldn't be a problem. Better yet you could updated the bulbs to LED, they are far superior if you get the ones that have projectors and leds around the side and draw less power. I tried to use the reverse wire location in the MBEC under the dash and the reverse pole wasn't active in my 09. When i created a switch in my dash to turn the reverse lights on manually for towing etc, i used relays and tapped into the wires after the fuse box under the dash. Two wires run to each light in the back and i believe they are light green colored in the large loom by the firewall.
