I have a 2010 Silverado and my driver seat is powered and it seems that the rear vertical adjustment does not work. when u move the switch u can hear it making a noise but the rear of the seat does not move. I'm wondering if its the motor that went bad and if so where would I be able to get one and price. also would like to know how hard it is to replace it if that is the problem.

If the motor is the problem, I would not worry about being able to get to it to replace it. The seats are quite easy to remove from the truck. Just pay attention to the air bags if your seats have them.
As far as trouble shooting the problem, I will leave that up to others with more experience.
