my 95 gmc has a hard time shifting down if i want to accelerate at highway speeds. Is there somthing i can do? I usually end up putting it in 3 to accerlerate. I just got a brand new motor so it has enough power

Did '95 trucks still have the TVS cable that ran from the transmission up to the throttle body?
