I have a 2011 2500 hd 6.0 and I am trying to find better shocks than the oem. Has anyone found any? Not looking for lift, just something that is better quality. Thanks

Bilsteins are some of the best shocks you can get....personal experience and general opinion from a couple mechanics I know. Do they make a 5100 series to fit the 3/4 ton (not ride adjustable, just the standards...)? I slapped those on my 1500 and the difference was amazing. Now if you want lift that's a different story.....

In the Dodge Cummins world, Bilstein was THE shock to have. I never owned a set, but they were very highly regarded on the forums. Based on what the reviews I saw in the Cummins forums, I will likely install a set on this truck when it gets to 25k.

As far as Bilsteins are concerned, you can get them in varying ride height, and even valving, if you contact them directly. And they do stand behind their warranty from what I have seen.
