I have the exact same problem. Watched OP's videos, and my truck makes the same squeak in the exact same circumstances. I have recently rebuilt the entire front end except lower control arms, so was thinking they were my cause. I was thinking if there's play in the bushing, it would explain the noise when turning the wheels stationary.
So I spent all day yesterday trying to locate the noise, and was unsuccessful. I do have play in the lower arms, but the noise is definitely coming from somewhere closer to the newly installed shock absorber on one side. Possibly where it mounts. Still baffled. Please keep us posted if you make progress!
