When you touch the end of the probe to the offending part you won't be able to miss it.

The sway bar links don't turn when the wheel is turning left to right so I doubt that is your problem.

The noise it is making in the stationary video is metal on rusty metal rotating. Upper or lower ball joint or tie rod end is my suspicion.

Right on the hub by the wheel speed sensor to check the hub. Hmm, just a thought, it could be the outer CV. In that case I would probe right at the CV outer joint.

Be aware that the noise can travel through other components, just find the loudest source.
