Synopsis :​	Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (Bridgestone) is recalling certain Firestone Transforce HT, size LT275/70R18 with DOT code VN15TH71821 and Transforce AT, size LT275/70R18 with DOT code VN15TR91821. The tires were manufactured with an incorrect inner liner compound, which could cause increased inner liner permeability or cracking, resulting in belt separation. Belt separation could lead to loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash. Bridgestone will notify owners and replace the affected tires with a comparable Bridgestone or Firestone brand tire, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 1, 2022. Owners may contact Bridgestone customer service at 1-800-847-3272.

With the exception of Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires. Those are almost without question one of the best winter tires on the market. They've won most every winter tire shootout for 10 plus years. They have a propietary rubber compound that's pretty superior to most others out there. I've ran a set on my honda civic before. Turned the thing into an ice/snow goat. That's the #1 recommended winter tire for the evo. I had the WS80's they're on to the WS90's now. Just because Bridgestone bought Firestone doesn't mean all their tires are crap.

There's always going to be an exception to the rule. Kinda like Nissans and the GT-R.

But no, Bridgestone was crap before buying Firestone and Firestone has always been crap. The Blizzaks are the bright shining diamond amongst the darkness.

Surprising. Continental has a good rep. Those are scooter tires. They probably contracted out someone who dropped the ball.

Synopsis :​	Michelin North America, Inc. (Michelin) is recalling certain Pilot Sport 4 ZP tires, size 255/35ZR19 96Y XL with DOT codes 0521 through 2121. The DOT certification symbol is missing from the tire sidewalls. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Tires that are missing a DOT symbol may be used in inappropriate applications, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will replace the tires, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact Michelin customer service at 1-888-847-8475.
