Does anybody make an actual product to lift a toolbox, or is this something you just kind of have to rig up your self? If I can lift my tool box up two inches, I can get a tonneau cover to go up against my tool box and not block the handles from opening.

I'd just use some wood or whatever you want to make a spacer. That's how I mounted mine in my old truck. I bolted the wood to the bed, then screwed the tool box to the wood.
