Maybe, maybe not. In any case, it's probably more than just a matter of changing the HU.
You'd be better off and money ahead looking for a replacement from Crutchfield.
Even if it would fit and work, which I doubt because from what I see they are only compatible 10-13, it would need to be programmed by the dealer because they are VIN coded to the vehicle. That service is hit and miss a lot of times, if you get an inexperienced tech they can brick it.
Get a GOOD quality brand name and not any of the CHICOM junk on Amazon. Buy once cry once.
