Replacing my factory horns after using it and realizing it sounded bad... so, disassembling my truck and it turns out that I'm missing a horn?

There should be a low tone and a high tone horn, one on each side.. yet the passenger one is missing?

No wiring, no brackets.
The passenger side was hit before but didn't realize it after the purchase and didn't get a good look at the repaint of the passenger side doors till after.

You think when they were repairing, they just didn't reinstall the horn?

Got the new horns installed and just ran some wiring to the existing horn on the driverside.
