They aren't really worth the money or hassle for the minimal gains. But they do look nice

Underdrive pulleys
Looking into installing underdrive pulleys but have couple questions
Only concern I have is I read the crank pulley could cause damage without being Balanced. Is this true? Are the 2011 5.3 engines externally balanced?
Also should I keep my ac pulley stock or replace everything with a UD pulley kit?
If so what's the best kit out there money is no issue.
Don't want to put UD pulley if it's going to wear anything with the crank. Don't want to mess with that.

I want to do them mainly cause I'm slowly doing all bolt ons, just don't want something that will cause damage in long run.
Search around performancetrucks.net. Some say yes some say no.
