I’ve got a 2013 Sierra 1500 5.7 75K miles
I’ve developed a vibration at WOT at around 65-70 mph passing gear. No codes. Tires recently balanced. Could this vibration be caused by dirty injectors not working correctly under WOT.?

could still be tires, or driveline problem ujoints, center support bearing if it has onewe
