Bought Justice League UHD 4K blu ray from Amazon. This was a new product, not used.
1st disc had manufacturing issue. This is a 2 disc movie. Second disc froze and pixelated.
They sent me a replacement and I sent the first one back. This replacement was missing the outer cardboard cover(no big deal). Was shrink wrapped like it was new. NOPE..as soon as I opened it, one tab on the case was broken, there was scratches and smudges inside the case. There was smudges and finger prints on both the UHD and BD discs. The back cover was warped, like it got moisture.
So I called them and told them about my issues. They tell me to keep it and they will send a replacement immediately.
Replacement arrived today..this is in the shrink wrap. Damaged with a gouge on front. Looks like the case went through a belt sander. Tab on case was broken. Inside was the same as the second..scratches and smudges inside the case.
Had to return this one also, so I could get my refund. Amazon is really getting bad! Sending out used stuff that's supposed to be new!
