What is this piece? It came off something connected to the air intake. I broke it on accident.

It doesn't look broke from the picture that I can tell. Have you tried to snap it back in place ?

If the snap clip broke. You can just use electrical tape to fix it to hold it in. There isn't and positive pressure on it. And any auto parts store

It's broken where it snaps to the rail

Yep just wrap electrical tape around it and shove it in. I have had them brake before.

Like all have said make sure it is a air tight seal if not I can see a light with rich fuel codes. If it sees to much air it will add fuel I think fuel trims always muck me up

I don't know much about that particular hose, but if others are right and he just needs to reattach it with some electricians tape, I would say getting an "airtight" connection is just about impossible.

There is an oring that keeps it air tight. You just wrap tape around the end to wedge it in there until you can find a replacement so your truck isn't just sitting there.
