I am at 32MPH. It's dropping, though. I now only drive about 4 miles to work, and it's all city driving.

That app or any other app won't help with lifetime mpg numbers if you bought the truck used or haven't been using it since you bought it new. ;)
Exactly and this is why I say it would be good if the truck had lifetime mpg. It would allow us to see the relationship between lifetime mpg/avg speed.

We all know the trucks mpg display isn't 100% accurate but I am assuming they are all off by a similar amount relative to each other. We also don't need 100% accuracy in this case it's just to get a general idea /spot a trend.

Yes it is possible to reset the engine hours. The thing is, its not suppose to happen but it does. I know this because my 05 has reset the engine hours a couple times.

No the consumer should not be able to reset any of that information on purpose. But since it's happened twice in my 2005 I've always wondered if there was a magical combination I kept doing or if it was simply a glitch in the coding or hardware design.

I always wondered with these electronic systems if the odometer coul occasionally get reset. It seems to me if it did it would be a big problem
