These days I'm paying about .50 per round of the 223 in bulk (500 rounds or more) in the Cincinnati area.
Doing the math, the ammo in that front seat MAY be worth more than the truck it's sitting in!

Lol yeah, I can find it for .50 per round now in the 20 rd boxes even. Goin bulk you can find it for .40. I about said I would take the ammo and AR over the truck but I thought that may be a bit too bold of a statement haha.

I can get it for about .40 in Lexington, KY, but that's about 70 miles south.
I'd spend that $50 on gas!
So I just go for the convenience of buying close.
If I really want to burn through some, I will make the trip, but I'd be buying 2,000 rounds at least.

I can get 223 for about $.50 a round here in California. But I reload all my 223 for my ARs at about $.23 a round, and it's better quality than the factory stuff.

HAHAHA this is awesome! .223 is about 45 cents/rd here in Canada (looks like .223, could be .308?) not sure

Wow! There's a lot of $$$$ for sure :twisted: Stink-n .410 ammo is nuts around here, not sure about anywhere else but I just spent $12. for a box of 25
