I have a 2006 duramax 2500 crew cab.
Both rear windows do not work,
None of the door locks work,
The radio does not turn off when you exit the truck (none of the doors will turn it off)
The heated seats flash lights randomly but won't turn on.
I've replaced the drivers door switch and it didn't fix anything.

maybe check all the fuses? ALL of them, both in the underhood fusebox and in the driver's side smaller fusebox in end of the dash.

How did you test the fuses? You pulled each one and held it up to the light, or put an ohmeter on it, or something else? And you did that to every single one? It's annoying to do, but, if you go through the wiring diagrams and/or the diagnostic procedures for these problems, you will find out that fuses you think are completely unrelated to your problem can have an affect on these problems.

And how did you see the door jam wires? You managed to pull the harness out of the rubber boot, and then peeled off the tape and examined the wires? Put an ohmeter each of the wires to test for conductivity? Just "looking" at them tells you the insulation on the wire hasn't burned off.
