Took a little over a month, mostly weekends, but finally "restored" my old car trailer.

Started with this...



A crap ton of sanding, abrasives wheels, and elbow grease later.



All new wiring, and led lights.



Now I won't be embarrassed to pull it.

Thanks. I've been back and forth on fenders. Looks better with them, but I've had some wide loads that would ruin them, if they were there.
It used to have fenders, but after getting loaned out one time, they got so beat up, I had to take them off.

That looks much better! My dad needs to do his cattle trailer but its going to take forever as large as it is.

MMZ71, trailer looks good! Mine is also an open deck and I like that better than full. Makes strapping down a lot easier and you can also use it as a "lift" when needed. I'm kinda surprised you can get away without fenders on it. Definitely illegal in NY without it, and it would flunk the yearly inspection.

Oh yeah, and I hauled my father-in-law's camper to his winter storage and actually did get to haul my own car to the track a couple times.

Thanks. One of the joys of living in SC, is no vehicle inspections, and if a trailer's dry weight is under 2500lbs, it doesn't have to be tagged. You can pretty much do whatever you want, within reason.

I like the Beretta, don't see them much anymore. A buddy of mine had a Beretta GTU back in the day. Had a lot of good times in that car.

MMZ71 that sounds pretty amazing! Plate & registration is about $100/yr here in NY for mine (calculated via the 7000 gross).

Beretta is fun! I've got it running mid-13s now. Gives me something decent to rip around in while I build my Camaro.
