I have a 2015 GMC Serria 1500 Crew Cab and it has the six speed trannie .When I start up a long hill what gear should I put it in .I have the tow haul which I use and I have the right hitch system. They say I can pull up to 10000#.My 05 GMC Serria only had 3 speed .I dont want to miss up anything. Thanks Bill

If i go over any large hills or over the rockies i usually just run towing mode when empty or towing mode + 5th gear manual if pulling a trailer. Thats just my preference.....
