4wd won't engage

2011 Silverado the dial indicator lights up for the various indicators ie. 2wd, auto, 4hi, 4lo. However, there is no 4wd. It worked fine a couple of days ago. Most likely culprit?

Check fuses with a test light for the transfer case motor circuit.
