My kit showed up today. Super pleased with the color I went with. Going to look absolutely awesome once its installed. So now I'm just waiting on my down pipe to come and I'll have all the parts I need to do the project. Now to hope the weather starts warming up and I get a good few days. ImageImage

New PPE downpipe. I forgot to order the injector plug. So I'll need to order that. As of now I'm planning in doing the install probably in 2 weeks. The weather should start warming up enough by then and we will have less rain hopefully. Image

Waiting two weeks would suck if you had everything but understandable for sure... or you could find a buddy with a shop.

Wouldnt mind riding in one before and after all of the goodies to see what the butt dyno says

I am not anticipating the piping to do much other than look nice. Maybe a little quicker boost response but that's probably about it.

The down pipe I may pick up a little bit. And the fuel pump also may get me a little more on the top end.

I'm pretty happy with the power it has now. It is faster and pulls WAY harder than my 17 ever did at only half throttle lol. Beyond that, unless your already rolling pretty good, traction is the issue. Or specifically the lack there of. Need to get some better tires and ditch these SRAs. Although I will give them this, they honestly did better in the snow and wet than I was expecting them to. Still miss my toyos since you can get stuck on wet grass with these lol.

It also isnt so much the temperature, but the wind. It's been pretty windy here as of late. So it makes it feel that much colder. And work is been pretty crazy lately so I don't want to take off and leave the shop down a guy. It was slow for a week or two then picked up, then get slow and now stuff is rolling in like crazy.

Alot of nice upgrades since the time I last checked this thread out!!

Interesting color choice for sure.. looks good and I can imagine it will look really good with the white outside of the truck

Yeah HSP calls it candy red. But it's the same color used for illusion cherry. Its darker than the candy red and has a deeper look to it.

Should definitely look good with the white truck.

Might pull the mud flaps and side steps off this weekend. I am not looking forward to what's under the flaps. I know they probably rubbed the paint, I just don't know how bad. Hopefully not terrible but inwomt know until I pull them off.

Some day I‘ll get cool piping for mine too.. just not the time yet with the current changes and Transmission Issue.

I‘d like to have some neon greenish or yellowish powder coated accesoires for the truck. Would probably look good with the blue...

I really like what you are doing to this one and a good color taste.

At least you got flaps and steps. Not always a good thing but I definitly need some after the lift and for paint protection..

Yeah these will be getting ditched. I'll pick up some more rekgen flaps like I had for my 17. They dont ruin the paint and provide better coverage.

The steps will either get thrown away or sold for whatever I can get for them lol.

I love the Rekgen Flaps but they are a bit expensive especially with global shipping and taxes.
Need to find a similar set that is cheaper or trying to fab up something...
I need paint and exhaust protection.. don‘t like how dirt burns so quick into the exhaust..

For your truck I‘d get rid of steps too.. just not looking cool. I‘m building some rocksliders for mine..
Are you going to install AMP Steps ore just leave it like that?
