Yeah same with this one. There's a dent in the rear bumper but no paint issues with it. There's a rock chip on the front corner of the bed too. I'll get that addressed when I get my bed liner in. I've got to do some research with leveling this one. It has 2 inches but it doesn't seem like it so I think I'll just do a 1 inch level if possible. I've got a headlight that frosts up on me so I need to get a picture of it and talk to the dealer about it so I can get that replaced. I'll follow this one and see how you do. At least I don't need to worry about the damn frame issue with this R**. Just the dreaded pinch welds and I might just have those rhino lined when I bed gets done. Solve that issue right away.

I think I asked but are you going to go all crazy like larsen did with his and go BDS everything? Man he spent some time and dough on that thing. it'l be interesting to see what you do. Funny how we put so much time and effort into the builds and just threw it all away. LOL.

I dont think I'll be doing a big lift on this one. Maybe, and it's a big maybe, a smaller lift. But I kind of doubt it. At least not anytime soon.

I want to focus more on the performance and reliability side of the coin first. A level wi probably happen but I don't plan on going too much. Maybe just 1.5" or so. Just enough to bring the front up a little bit. I really want to keep the angles flat as possible which would be the only reason I'd consider a small lift.

But with the total cost of the delete, tune and other goodies I want, the lift will be one of the very last things if at all.

Especially since the front has been repainted and nice, have you thought about xpeling the front end? Should keep the paint nice longer

I thought about a clear vinyl wrap for the bumper and front edge of the hood. I may ask my tint guy about a price on getting that done. I need to get the windows done anyway.

Where is your tint guy? I have been thinking about doing that later on in my build.

I use mobile edge in Lehighton. I have been really satisfied with them. So far they did all of my family's vehicles. They did my 17, father's 18 and last mothers day I took my mothers benz up there and got all the windows except the windshield done (20% on all the rear glass and 35 up front).

They do great work and have a clean, professional shop. It's more expensive than most others around, but I'd rather pay more and not question if they will take care of the vehicle and produce a perfect result

Sounds like you are going a similar direction as myself. Trying to keep the suspension as close as stock as possible minus some upgraded shocks and small level. What kinda wheels and tires are you thinking about? I know you were talking about going big rubber and small wheels last I checked.

I need to think about that one.

I may stick with a 20" wheel on this one. I have that practically new set of toyos on my nice wheels from the other truck. Those will fit on these stock wheels.

The dealer put a set of new tires on it, which are the junk goodyear sra. They aren't horrible but definitely pale in comparison to my toyos.

May just get a set of some 0 offset 20x9 wheels. Debating chrome or black. Truck already has some chrome and the white looks good with either if done tastefully.
