I already bought the Rancho replacement anyway, but good to hear that is working nicely as well. Maybe I will get to throw mine on this weekend, surely the stock stabilizer has to be dead at 130k miles.

Yeah the newer trucks dont even come with one from the factory Haha. The mount is there up to the 2015.5 trucks like mine. After that for the 2016 and newer they stopped putting the mounts on the trucks for them all together.

Well my switchback strips FINALLY shipped. Probably wont be here for the weekend knowing the post office.

But I'm trying to plan on taking the bed off and doing some cleanup and painting this weekend since I have a 3 day weekend and it's supposed to be relatively nice out.

I want to at least get the frame section that's behind the cab done. The rest I can do at work on the lift to make it really easy.

I may make a seperate thread on it but it's pretty basic so I'm not sure if it's worth doing a "how to" on it or not.

Yeah I'll definitely post some pics.

Hopefully I'll borrow the cherry picker from work again. That will make things easier. If not I'll call a couple buddies over and do it the old fashioned way lol. The bed really isnt that heavy. Just awkward.

Looking forward to picks of the frame painting. I will be doing this before I move to salted roads country in the future.

Yeah its something simple that will help protect the truck down the road.

Once the main coat is on, it's easy to maintain. I just touched up any spots as needed in the spring and fall.

Really the only time I ever needed to touch it was from where the Jack or lift goes it get the truck in the air.

Bed is off, it's raining, but I'm going to knock out the cleanup and washing. I'll let it dry until tomorrow then get to painting.
