Hey Aj the truck looks good man! Glad everything is working out. When I installed my 4.5" rc kit I just shoved a jack underneath the lower control arm and pumped it up so that it would compress the spring so I could bolts the lift spindle and shock back in place. Makes it super easy without having to spend money on a spring compressor. But like I said man the truck is coming along great and loooks great man! What else are you gonna do to the truck with that last $1000 bucks?

Thanks guys! To answer Alvaro's question, I am really liking the Truxda leveling/lift kit. The install was pretty strait forward, and the truck rides great with no clunking or extra sounds from the front end. I highly recommend the kit.
What to do with the remaining budget.....I am really liking the idea of electric fans, but not sure if I want to pull the trigger on that just yet. I am really going to focus on the interior next with a set of Husky Classic liners and a Husky gear box.

I may have to wait on their items for a bit but knowing me they could be in my truck next week :D

Truck is looking great AJ. Totally agree that you need aftermarket floor mats of some kind to keep the interior clean, the stockers just don't seem to cut it.

I vote fog lights, every 4x4 I think should have them! Then once you install those, do the 6-high mod so lows and fogs stay on with your brights. I installed an OEM kit from GM on my 04 and it was a slick factory install. Maybe able to find the same for yours, or find some aftermarkets and get a factory switch

Small update!
Ordered my next addition(s) to the truck. Let me start off saying that I picked up a few dirt bikes 2 weeks ago as riding season is just around the corner! Sold the Jet skis but replaced them with a Yz450f and a TTR230 :D. So the plan is to do a lot of riding and camping this winter/fall so I thought I would start picking up items that would make the trips more enjoyable.
First item I got was an AirBedz Lite Truck Bed Air Mattress http://www.autoanything.com/truck-tents/airbedz-lite-truck-bed-air-mattress ,part number PPI-PV202c. What I liked about this bed is that it comes with a portable DC air pump and 16' charger cord, has a 1 year warranty, comes with a storage bag, and right now when you order with AutoAnything we include wheel well inserts so that you can use this mattress at home if you have friends/family coming over.
Image

I have something else coming this week (had to have it shipped from the manufacture) but it will compliment the mattress very well.....anyone want to guess?

Here are a few pictures of the truck and the bikes 2 weekends ago on the maiden voyage.
