I really was set on the 38’s but then I saw them on the truck very similar to mine and the sidewall just looked a little strange to me but I’m in the mouth them both up and see what looks good.

Haha To fit the new wheels and tires I have to go taller and if I get a taller we got add more color and I am adding more color underneath might as well do a few other things that I’ve been wanting to do to.
As far as the Pedal Commander goes I got the version with the Bluetooth so it’s actually controlled by my phone to adjust the settings so the controller itself is tucked way up under my dash. I could get a picture later but you’d still hardly be able to see it. It’s a pretty cool little device, I guess I always knew that our pedal had lag but you don’t really realize how much until you take it all away.

Ah ok...well that sounds schnazzy! I thougth that I would change mine more...but basically have left it on the highest (least lag) setting and not messed with it.

Do you use your truck to promote your shop at like shows and stuff?

Oh you got yours pinned! I don’t have mine that high because it seems like if I barely even breathe on the pedal it takes off! Haha But yeah I went through all the settings and found the one I liked and I haven’t touched it since but also my truck is kind of torn apart right now so I’m not driving it too often.
And yes I take it to shows, it started off that I was just pulling one of my trailers out to shows with a customers vehicle on it and that sort of turned in to me showing the truck by itself also.

Yes sir, McGaughys lift at 10 inches so with my body lift I’ll be at 11.5. Should be plenty of room to clear either size tire and my CV axles will be a much better angles.

Going to look sick. Doing gears as well?

4:56’s either way my friend, that will be the first thing I do once I get it on a lift to pull the old suspension off. And as far as the trans the guy that’s doing the gears for me is recommending a stage one upgrade but you know me and my friend I don’t know as much about the drivetrain as you do so I’m not even sure what that entails.

I'd be wanting much lower than 4.56. I'd be looking into more the 4.88 or 5.13 range for sure. 4.56 would be decent for 35s.

As far as trans, I guess it would depend how much power the stage 1 is rated to hold. I'd tend to over build it rather than go just enough.

See a friend of mine said 4:88’s also but the guy that’s doing my gears builds all types of off-road trucks and race cars and he took all my information, the tire size, rim size, vehicle weight, what motor and all types of different questions and he’s the one that said 4:56 :?:

There are guys who run 4.56 on 33s.

I guess it all depends on your goals with the truck. But I'd be worried with the 4.56 id be stressing the trans too much and the temps would be up there. And I like to be able to accelerate at a quick pace without digging on the truck.

I just put a call into him haha we never actually finalized our conversation he has both the gear sizes in stock he just told me to bring him the differentials when I was ready but I wanna make sure we’re on the same page since were coming down to it now.

I second going with 4.88s.

I think traxx is talking bad about me again.. kidding. But i am running 4.56s with basically 33s. had 4.11s before this new setup and i will have to say that was perfect for a 33 IMO.

33" = 4.10/4.11
35" = 4.56
37"+ = 4.88/5.13s

personally i would be hesitant with 5.13s but then again i have never ran or known anyone that has run them.
