Well crap.. although you did help me out by just bringing it up I never even thought to look for these buttons and actually there’s quite a few I can either go with momentary electrical or if I really want to go crazy I can hook a manual valve up :lol: :lol: I think I might pick up the top one, kind a looks like it could’ve been factory even though where I have my switch’s you can’t see them unless you open the stash door.

Anything special with the mevotech LCAs? (I'm trying to look into them but my internet is slow asf out of the country)

You know what brother they have two different kinds the one that I got it’s just a little bit above factory and strength and the ball joint, The other is supposed to be much stronger and that ball joint is supposed to be indestructible for off-roading. But in absolute honesty I just got it because it looks way better and these will be polished and powder coated, no rock climbing here. :lol:

Please do a video sound clip once the install is complete.

I mean I’m not looking to damage anyone’s property, we will just call it bringing attention to their poor decision :lol:

And roger that!

That spike would be over the top :)

You could always ask him in his comment section on the video.

@CovetedStyle

How's your wear on everything? We're both running about the same amount of lift and tire size.

I keep having an issue with tire wear on the front tires/lower ball joints...I do have that 220lb road armour bumper on the front and the front is still slightly, maybe half an inch or so, lower than the back. I'm thinking that's causing more front end wear.

How's your ride height compare front to rear?

I keep debating on if I want to upgrade my front hubs to some prerunner style ones with bigger bearings and see if there's anything custom I can do to run larger ball joints or even for that matter larger hubs

Everything is pretty much as to be expected over here my friend. Did you get it aligned after you put the bumper on? That’s definitely enough weight to change camber so I can see the tire wear but not really the ballpoints. I’m probably a half inch higher in the front.

Since I have a bunch of stuff that need to be polished before powder coating and I like doing as much of the work I can on my own I figured I need to learn how to polish. So I talk to some guys I respect their craft and they got me pointed in the right direction as far as tools and product and I’m going for it. Started by press out the bushings and ball joints then taking all the casting texture out of these new LCA’s in prep for polish. And as soon as everything arrives this week I’ll get after it! Wish me luck! Haha 2 parts prep’d 28 more to go.
