Kehess's 2002 2500HD

Postby Kehess [OP] » May 20 2020, 2:33pm

Here's my '02 2500HD. Might as well slide this in here as well since I'll be working on this too. Currently sitting while I collect knock sensors, rear calipers and a new exhaust. I've had it roughly 4 years. My plan is to toss on the beltech 3" drop shackles I have and turn the keys down and find a set of wide wheels and drive the dang thing. Further plans are to pull the motor down the road and give her some power. but here she is.

Current Mods are minimal. Boost Auto Mirrors. After Market Radio.

Future plans
Beltech 3" drop shackles
decranked keys
20x10s
LED Taillights
exhaust
Bedliner
Some motor work

Looks nice! What drive train does it have? Also, I thought Belltech only made 2" drop shackles for these trucks?

Looks like a nice platform for mods. Would look nice with some wider tires for sure. Subscribed.

It's a bit rust but I have the cab corners and rockers. I just need to find someone who won't charge me a fortune to do it lol

Quick Question. With the 3" lowering shackles in the rear, if I crank the keys down all the way I should be about even correct?

3" seems like a lot, I don't know that these trucks had a 3" rake from factory, to even it out.

Looks clean. Rust sucks, so might as well take care of that asap.

Ordered 2-3" drop keys for the front. Debating on buying new rear calipers or just a rebuild kit, they're both hanging up but not sure if a simple rebuild will suffice.
