Quick update on the Silverado, I replaced my rear view mirror to an original 99 Silverado one rather than the 99 Tahoe one I had because the Tahoe one was very wobbly and was obviously not meant to replace that one.

Next I started on the exhaust replacement and within about 20 minutes I had to call it. I broke off the flange bolt that connects the muffler to the y-pipe basically

Took it to a local shop to try and get the bolt out they said they could do it for $30 come back in an hour. Came back said they were closing come back Monday, so it looks like Monday I will be ready to rock and roll with the new exhaust. Got some new goodies coming in as well Monday and Tuesday I think to continue the project!

Thank you I appreciate it! Been in the family since it came out in 1999 and has been well taken care of but never modified. I plan on repainting it the original black again, it has already been repainted twice but I am going to get it completely sanded down and taken care of to last many more years.

Welp exhaust is on! Not as loud as I maybe imagined it but I definitely love the roar.

Got the 4 hi mod in today. Seems a lot safer than just having the high beams come on without lows. I plan on buying some new fog lights within the next two days hopefully. :ugeek:

Got my fog lights in. Didn't think they were going to come with bulbs but they did, even then I still want the white light LEDs so I went ahead and bought some LEDs from superbrightleds and also picked up a new under hood light bulb. Now I plan on getting the fogs to come on with lows and then I think that will be it for the front end lights!

Ordered some new bump stops today and the rest of my white interior lighting the other day, was supposed to have my fog lights and engine light come in today but
I guess not. This is what I have been riding around on for the past few years at least,

So there is one more thing checked off the list of things to do.
