The add a leaf is way better. Honestly I probably don't even need the bags in there anymore unless I'm hauling a really tongue heavy load. I notice a big difference because I have the heavy duty rear leaf springs with the max towing. I'm not running any air in my bags. I should also add that before I had my add a leaf in, I needed to add air in my bags just to get the truck level. That didn't help with the ride either. It was pretty harse.

Guess I better go through all the suspension components with regards to the lift and make sure nothing is loose. First time I've heard it. Guess that'll be on my list of stuff to do tonight before heading to the cabin.

Found my clunk or at least I think I did. Both sway bar end links were loose. Tightened them up and I’ll drive it. I only noticed the clunk while turning. Crazy.

Well not that. Started banging things around. Might be my wheel well liner. I only seem to notice it while turning though.

well doesn't appear to be that. Gotta see if I can think of anything I've changed recently. I think the clunk I heard in the garage that one day was my loose sway bar end links though. Ideas anyone?

Ok so on page 72 I posted about an issue where my cognito arm hit the drop bracket for the UCA's. I assumed I did this during an install. I"m not 100 percent positive it's not hitting it now during travel. Put on your thinking caps and give me a scenario where this could happen? I see no evidence of anything being loose and slipping. It's would be pretty easy to see with all the crud on there. My dent appears bigger to me and I swear I hear a clunk every now and then. Short from getting a go pro and tossing it somewhere down there I'm not sure how to solve this issue. I think I'm going to tape a penny or something down there today and see if it gets dented. There's no way the drop bracket can move. My only thought was that the uca cam bolt is loose allowing things to move. I"m at a loss. Maybe it's all in my head but I really don't remember doing that when I installed it. That's a pretty hard hit and I'm really picky. Any possible way the shop could have done it when they did the alignment? I might drop down there today and see what they think too.

Is there any way you could rig-up a dash cam to watch that area while you're drving? It seems pretty odd that it is happening.

Yeah I can’t imagine how. That will be the next step. I just don’t think there’s any way I did it during The install

I would drive the truck up onto something to flex the suspension as much as it will go and see how close it comes.

I did. Drove front drivers up on a ramp then drove the back drivers side up. Nothing was even close.
