I must have missed the P0327. Knock sensor bank 1 low voltage. It would cause the ECM not to adjust timing properly when you have pinging. You can test a knock sensor with a DMM and by tapping on the engine.
Ignition OFF. Connect a DMM to both KS signal circuits, terminals A and B, at the affected KS. Set the DMM to the 400 mV AC scale, select the Hz mode. Let the reading stabilize at 0 Hz.
Note: DO NOT tap on plastic engine components.
Tap on the engine block with a non-metallic object near the affected KS and observe the DMM for a fluctuating frequency.
If the DMM does not display a fluctuating frequency while tapping on the engine block then replace the affected KS.

Yes, it is in the engine block in front of the starter. The codes follow an OBDII standard description, so in your case it is not really Bank 1, although you can think of it as bank 1 of 1. The same test procedure applies with the one sensor

Light Trucks
The knock sensors in 4.3-liter V-6-powered light pickups, such as the C1500 and Silverado, were in slightly different locations than the SUV and passenger vans. The pre-1996 models had two sensors, one on each side of the block. The later year models had a single knock sensor mounted in the engine block in front of the starter.

At first glance looks pretty normal. I guess we will see how it runs in the morning too. Which wires did you go with?

Couldn't afford the AC delco at my local parts store so I picked up carquest brand with lifetime warranty.
