hello been on forums for awhile 2009 sierra 1500 6.0 vortec max 6 speed 3.42 gears also 2006 pontiac gxp ls4 and my Arizona car a 1998 buick regal gs (supercharged) all vehicles are low miles anyway just decided to make a post cleaned the throttle body and now have the high idle problem stays at approx 900rpm at red lights changed the tps and did the timed relearn a few times still idles high oh yah and just for info the part at rock auto is 100 bucks i have a account at the local dealer 40 bucks or 53 retail ill try and un hook the battery overnight if that fails its off to the dealer

Well, that was one long run-on sentence I didn't understand.

The usual response is drive it for a while for it to return to normal.

Wow! For a dealer not to charge for doing something, is rare in my opinion. Glad you got it fixed!
