Thank you!

Semper Fi Brother!

For the record, I don't always read everyones signature either.. I'd love to have a camper, but a part of me will always love the feeling after setting up a full tent camp site for a nice 4-5 night stay, or longer. I'm actually trying to set one up for a bunch of people just after Labor Day this year..

But no more "cold-weather" training trips needed for me.. I did enough of those myself in the 90's...

yeah I like some full tent camping. I went though SERE for the air force being aircrew and that was way different. 6 days of out in the mountains under a ranger diamond with a couple mres.

Yah, back at ya from an Army comrade.
I started with a tent and did that for many, many years, even after the Army. Then as my age and back problems progressed, I moved to a popup. After 4 or 5 years of that, I am now at the small TT stage. I don't think I will ever go with a motor home, but maybe down the road a bit more substantial trailer. I can't say I miss tent camping a whole lot. The idea of it is wonderful, but the reality of a bad back keeps me in a trailer.

BTW: Thanks for your service.

You need to hit Glacier Nat'l Park if you haven't been there yet.

Greenough Campground, about 12 miles west of Red Lodge MT. At the start of the switchbacks of the Beartooth Highway....

That looks like a great place with quick access to Yellowstone.

Makoshika State Park is Montana's largest State Park and it's near the North Dakota Border and I-94. It's a great place to stop when you first get to Montana if your coming from the East. It's much like the South Dakota Badlands really.
