So, don't leave me in suspense, where's the half decent Mexican food?

I live down in Eagle Mountain, About 15-20 min from South Jordan, So not to far out. If you are looking for some decent Mexican food I'm a fan of Salsa Leedos in Herriman, right off Bgtr Hwy.

Los Garcia in Sandy.(8745 700 E #1,)

Salsa Leedos puts out decent food. But it's not real Mexican.

Hey guys! Not to hijack (well, I guess I am), but coincidentally I'm flying into SLC on Thursday. I'll be headed south and checking out a Park or two before a conference next week.

Would any of you guys mind if I PM you in the coming days and ask about off the beaten path places to take a rental SUV and get away from it all? My HQ will be the Torrey area.

Thanks!

Despite the fact that I have been in Utah my whole life, I am not familiar enough with the area to give you a whole lot of information. We spend most of our time in Northern Utah. However, Capitol Reef, and the Henry Mountains are worth the short trip from Torrey.

I'm in the SouthWest part of the Salt Lake Valley-not far from you. There may be local groups-but I don't know of any.

Nice truck BTW!

Thanks!

I've been enjoying the 6.2 way too much because of the great sounding Borla exhaust :)
