RC Leveling Kit and tires

Will 295/65/r18's fit with just a leveling kit

RC Leveling Kit and tires

Postby Burnsy [OP] » May 17 2014, 3:13pm

I know this topic has been discussed over and over from what I can see, but I am new to the site and can't seem to find the exact set up I have and what is necessary to make this work. My truck is a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab with a Rough Country 2" Front Leveling kit. I want to put Goodyear Duratrac 295/65/r18's on it with the stock wheels. Will this work?

I also wanted to run the 295/65/18 Duratracs on my '11, but to make absolutely sure it would fit, I went to a 2.5" Top Gunz leveling kit. I have ran into no clearance issues yet. Maybe see if you can get the 1/4' top spacer to add to your kit. If you do get the Duratracs, you will probably want to run your air pressure at 45lbs minimum. My tires feel soft anything below that.

Except for the 1/2" on the level kit, I have the exact set up you are looking for.

Good deal, thanks for the replies. I'm willing to trim a little if needed. I was just worried they would not work at all with out additional suspension lift or a body lift. Your truck looks great, that's the look I'm going for.
