Tire size - no rub

What's the largest tires I can run on 20's and 22s (separately) without rubbing or needing a lift?

I currently run 305/45/22's mounted on a set of Helo HE866 black (I painted the chrome inserts red top match the truck) on my truck and IMO, you'd not likely get anything else bigger in there. They will rub on mudflaps on the front a bit but a long pry bar and a slight tweak at the bottom of the fender will give it just enough clearance not to rub. 2013 Gmc SIERRA.

In a 20 you can run a 285/50/20 with no rub and no lift. With a 22 you can run a 305/40/22 and a 24 would be a 305/35/24.
