Yeah you do need one for your 15.

2011 or 2012 was the cut off year for the “letting air out of your tire trick”

Are you sure you started at the driver side front tire?

Here is a video

And here is the tool I bought for cheap and it works wonderfully.

This is the exact tool I bought for my 2013 seems I have a summer set and winter set of wheels/tires. Works great, no bothering a shop to re-learn.

I used the air-down method on my '13. It worked, usually but not always. Sometimes one or more locations just would not register. Then you have to reset the tire's pressures when you're done. Much easier/faster to buy a $10 tool.

Oh I tried and failed. Got so frustrated I ordered the tool. I wasn’t going through that again for the spring changeover

I have a 2013 and from what I understood, the air down relearn ability ended in 2011. I bought the tool soon after I bought my truck in 2013 and even though I paid $75 for it then, I am glad I did. I used it on my wife's and daughters Chevys as well.

With the price of these things around $10 now, they should almost come from the factory with one in the glove box.

Was the TPMS working before with your aftermarket radio?
I seriously dont think the radio has anything to do with the TPMS system. I have an aftermarket head unit and mine works fine as do thousands of others.
Is the dealer using a "relearn tool" or is he doing it via the DIC? Using a relearn tool is much easier, less complicated and less prone to glitches.

I had bought the truck with all kinds of lights on and fixing it up the Tpms light was the last one dealer said with there computer hooked up to it they can see the tire pressure they did first use a tool to try to relearn but light didn’t go away he said after having it all day was that he thinks it uses the radio for a Frequency I just don’t see that but the after market radio is a nice one with touch screen and back up camera

The dealership said the Tpms sensors are all programmed correctly the module for the system is working the dashboard is just not getting the info I assume that there is a fuse somewhere and they checked that but I can’t find anything about a fuse I would like this to work as it is suppose to but if not would love to not have the light on and dash flashing check tires witch comes up check right front left front right rear left rear over and over I think the back up camera is wireless could that interrupt the signal? All over lights where abs changed the breaks light went off then engine light was o2 sensor and vent valve it had other codes but I know that those where probably related too those two things and they where so leaves me with the tpms light

If he "thinks" this or that, then it's time for another dealer.

Do you have remote door locks? The TPMS uses the RCDLR located in the left rear of the cab.

Check the 10A DSM fuse in the dash fuse panel.
