Hello SilveradoSierra.com Enthusiasts!

A VERY special Thank You goes out to all members who are participating in the "LINK REMOVED - READ EDIT". This database is growing on a daily basis and I'm constantly trying to keep up with displaying the results.

For those looking for answers, here are the results that you can use to help determine "Will this fit?".
"LINK REMOVED - READ EDIT"

EDIT 9/16/2021 - After over 10 years of service, providing content, hosting documents and giving back to this amazing community, the owners of this page have decided that I am not worthy of maintaining Admin or Moderator rights for this site. I have busted by balls to give back to the SilveradoSierra community for a decade and the "thanks" I receive is

"I have heard wonderful things about you and your dedication to the site.

Unfortunately, we have to reserve the Admin permissions for those who are active in the community. You had not posted on the site in over a year.

I truly appreciate you.

"

Apparently, the owners do not care about those who helped build the site to where it is today. We are all expendable. And what makes the whole thing worse is that I did all of this out of the kindness of my heart to make it better for everyone. To this day, I have never received a single dime for anything that was done on SilveradoSierra.com. And for those who think that since I hadn't posted within the community for over a year, please reach out to any of the existing moderators and see what they have to say about that comment. We do so much more work behind the scenes that apparently it's not taken into consideration.

This EDIT is the most important of all. Why? Because I have removed the links that everyone is looking for. The links that helped thousands of individuals and brought thousands of new members to the site for the best content ever written by members, such as yourself, and for that, I PERSONALLY THANK YOU! I am not trying to screw anyone, but I can no longer support this forum and the horrible management that has become of it. I know that everyone can see what has happened since Austin sold the site years ago. I'm sure he regrets it.

I thank you all for your support over the last 11 years, but until there is some sort of appreciation from the owners of the site to the staff that built this site to where it is, there is no way that I can continue to support the madness. The multiple Facebook groups that I have maintained over the years and STILL DO will be shut down as well. The thousands of members on FB that are constantly being promoted to join this forum will cease (VS holds no value in that either apparently).

I would love to continue to be a part of the Admin team here at SilveradoSierra.com, but this was the final straw. The Mod team has dealt with so much BS over the years and now with this change, SilveradoSierra.com does NOT deserve the well rounded, educated, professional team of Moderators that it has today. This is the best group of guys that has helped the site for years. Their knowledge of trucks and running the forum is second to none and they deserve the world. Yet, they get nothing. This is all free work that VS has received from all of our Moderators that have made the company tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. As a side note, about 5-6 years ago, I put an offer on the table to purchase the side back from AutoGuide for $175k and was turned down (this is significantly more than what they purchased it for). So, apparently this site is a cash cow.

Who knows what will happen to me once this updated post is read by the VS team, and personally, I don't care at this point. I've given everything and they stabbed me in the back. That's what I received for the decade of helping build the site, a knife in my back!!! Thanks VS...

EDIT The database has been updated as of 3/20/2014 with a LIVE form, no need for me to continue updating it. There are over 310 entries.... THANK YOU!!!!! Within this form, you should have the ability to filter the results just like you would if you were to use an Excel spreadsheet. This means that you can narrow the results by year/model/lift/lowered etc. I hope you all enjoy this.

EDIT PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST ACCESS TO THE FILE, I WILL NOT GRANT IT. Thank you.

Please do your research first before asking questions, most likely, your question can be answered with a quick search and scan of this file. If you still can't find your answers, please feel free to post your question.

Thank you members for your continued support and to our new members, WELCOME!

Enjoy!

I know you're dealing with other more important stuff right now.. so thanks a lot for your effort & personal time on this!!!

I wonder if the info could be simplified even further for a FAQ... ie x size tire is the largest that will fit at stock height.. and y tire is the largest that will fit with a 2" level with no trimming... and z tire will fit with c trimming...

Don't know how plausible this actually would be in the future??? Was just a thought I had???

Thanks for the input. I think you are over complicating things. It would take a TON of time to compile that information and feed it back because of all the possibilities. Plus, you will still end up with the question of: e.g. "I know a x/y/R20 will fit stock height, but what about a m/n/R20" (where 'm/n' are smaller than 'x/y'). Basically asking if smaller wheel/tire combos will fit, it's inevitable. KISS = Keep It Simple Stupid!!!

Thanks again to all who are participating. The form will NEVER close and will always accept new entries.

This helps a lot. Thank you for taking the time. I was wondering if there is a way to view all of the comments. I'm only seeing a couple of words in the comment section, I think they're being cut off. Thanks again for all of the hard work.

The comments work for me, maybe it is a browser error?

Thanks for the feedback guys. I honestly have not looked at this spreadsheet in a while, I thought I had it setup different, apparently not. The information Dmanj is asking for is actually in the data, but the shared file does not include it. I will be working on this over the next few days to ensure that the information is fully updated and accurate to what is entered. This is all hosted on my personal Google Drive and they are changing the forms and data around so I may end up having to redo the whole stinking thing again....YYYYYyyyyyaaaaaaw

Will keep y'all updated.

Lots of information on big spreadsheets. No doubt a lot of work. Thank you for the efford. Since the nbs and nnbs are different vehicles and distinctly different the 1500 from the 2500 could a breakup of the data be possible so only relevant is displayed? All the data for a 2006 1/2 ton is irrelevant to someone trying to search data of a 2013 3/4 ton 4x4. Maybe I'm asking too much.
Thanks again.

After HOURS and HOURS of work on this, I have completely rewritten the form and recreated the data table. I'm not saying it's perfect, but damn, I'm tired and need some rest. I hope you all can enjoy this information and that it helps out our new members and eliminates the question..."Will this fit?".

Good night!

The doc looks great and I see the filters at the top but I cant get them to work in FF or Chrome. Can they be enabled? I will help make it much easier to sort through and more useful to users.

#23 ·
Same here..... all of the filtering and sorting options are grayed out (disabled). Most of the entire Data menu is disabled. Interestingly the "find and replace" under the edit menu is enabled. Regardless you can still just download it and open it in Excel and sort however you want. I also just filled out the submission form for mine to add to it. :)

Great point!

Anyone should be able to download the document and sort through it however they like. It gives each person the freedom of searching and modifying without hurting the document.

With the way that google documents work, if one person filters it, it looks filtered for all others trying to read it, which can be a pain in the butt.

Enjoy the document fella's!

I don't intend to sound stupid when I say this but when I click on the form, a new tab opens and says this page cannot be displayed. I am on a DoD computer so it may be the access permissions but if I am reading the URL correctly it does indeed say that this is a google document. I just don't know how to open it from another source.

Robbie, I don't think you can.. It would have to be downloaded by someone, then uploaded to a DOD-ok site where you could then view it. Any change you made wouldn't be recorded either.

I worked on an Air Force base for a few years, and we had limited access to a lot of things. I doubt they would allow a shard document like that, so that is most likely why you can't either. I even tried talking to Blue Coat, the company that was filtering and they said no dice, it would get through..they are pretty strict.

If you really just wanted to look at it, I can try downloading it and sending you a copy probably...you could at least see what others have put in for their records to share.
