Where do you intend to get the 110 volt AC from?
I Think you need a cordless extension cord aka a generator! lol
If you install an invereter it will have receps in it.

At least one manufacturer has done this. I think it was only one recepticle and it had a weather proof door over it. My buddy's Rav4 (please forgive me for I have sinned) has an outlet in the back of the center console for the rear seat passengers. He has a switch on the dash to turn the inveter on and off.

For simplicity just install a 12V weather proofed outlet and use a standard off the shelf inverter. 12V would be handy if you need to use an air pump at the back of the truck.

 

i believe the hybrid versions of our truck have a 110 outlet in the bed and in the cab. i looked at one on the lot here in fla and saw a 110 outlet in the bed, could have been a dealer option i guess

 

I've had inverters in a few trucks, very convenient, especially on a job site or camping always had them mounted under the rear seat, but in the bed would be nice.

 

I had a 110 V extension in an 09 Jeep Patriot.

It is one of their standard features.

It was placed below the center console in between the driver and passenger seats.

It came in real handy when you didn't have a car phone charger and only had a home charger. It also saved me on some road trips with the kids' portable DVD player.

This was really the only feature I liked about the vehicle.

 

I installed a 400 watt 12v/dc-110v/ac inverter in the truck dash slot that was fomerly occupied by a useless cassete tape deck. It's a Cobra inverter and it works very well. Keep in mind...unless you want to limit yourself to 150 watts, which is the max you can pull from a 12v cig/aux power port, then you will need to install some heavier wires. I already have a 700 watt stereo system with #4 power wires in the cab so the inverter is tapped into that. 400 watts will run lights and small stuff but not more than 3-4 amps in ac terms.

 

you could always take apart a power inverter and take the plug part out wire a cord to it keep the inverter inside the cab under your rear seat. Then run the wires from that to a outside rated outlet mounted under your bed or in one of the side holes in your bed then you hook a switch into your dash to provide a on/off switch for it. OK, so run on galore sue me lol I can make a diagram if it would make more sense to you but I was planning on doing it that way myself
