I gotta dash rattle I have yet to find and fix on a 2018 silverado 1500. It sounds like it coming from under the center top dash, chirping sound. I’ve taped the clips on the front defrost cover, tightened any bolts under there also. Taken out the touch screen, climate control, instrument cluster and tightened any bolts I can get to. Like many others many bolts needed to be tightened but nothing completely loose. I’ve also got under the steering wheel hood latch cover and snugged those 4 bolts. Along with both glove boxes and their bolts. Read a lot of rattle forums, YouTube videos but can’t find an exact scenario that has a fix. Truck does have a center console, took apart some of that to find any loose bolts….all in all still have a rattle/chirping noise. Drives me nuts. Tried adding my chirping noise video but seems can only add photos or YouTube videos. Anyone got suggestions or same scenario fix?

Usually something behind the knee bolster is loose on the driver's side.
But be careful with a "chirp." If you do a search, it can actually be indicative of a failed lifter......

Well I believe I found the noise. There’s a support bar I find useless but imagine is needed, that hovers over the battery from the firewall side to the right fender. The bolt for it on the firewall side was loose, so I tightened it back and waalaaw so far no more noise/chirp. Goes to show noise will transfer oddly thru the vehicle.
