2011 Door Panel Removal ?

I need to remove the door trim panel on my '11 Silverado and I am completely stumped. How in the world do you disconnect the pull-cable from the trim panel? I've looked at it from top to bottom and I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

Many thanks for any input you have to offer.

i believe there's a little pin on the underside of the base on the inside release handle that when you push up, it should pull right off.

I never unhooked mine, I just set it on the little brackets that stick out on the door panel and it just stays put while being supported by the cable as well. Speaking of wich I need to finish my HushMat job and the doors are next.

If your talking about the door handle there is a pin on bottom that pulls down with a pick or small flat head screw driver. Pull pin down at same time pull off handle.
