So I've been thinking about levelling out my truck with a belltech lowering shackle kit (Part No. 6401). I've heard mixed things online about lowering shackles affecting pinion angle and causing vibration at different speeds. I currently have Fox 2.5 coilovers and shocks installed, both front and rear, and have them set to bring the front up about one inch (maybe an inch and a half). I still have some rake and I wanted to get rid of that with these lowering shackles, so that the truck could sit almost level. Will I need shims for just a 2 inch drop? If anyone has any info on 2 inch drop shackles installed on a 2017 RCSB Sierra I would really appreicate some advice. Also, not sure if this affects anything, but the truck is a 4x4 Z71 package (not sure if they come with different blocks in the rear compared to 2wd). Thanks guys.
