0w20 and 5w20 are exactly the same weight oil (20w) at operating temperatures and changing from one to the other will have no effect on oil pressure. No oil is going to give your engine 'more strength', whatever that even means. If you want to go with a heavier oil, you'd have to move to something like 5w30.
