I have A 06 sliverado and I bought a 5.3 out of a 2001 model . And before I drop It in my truck I’m going through It to “ refresh It . And only issues I’m having is find a kit online . That comes with everything like every gasket, head bolts, o rings, the whole 9 yards. I cant find any with everything in It .. does anyone know where else I should Look? And I wasn’t going to but after I puller Piston 7 and 8 out my gut is telling me to go ahead and replace everything while I’m already right there . Thanks in advance

I never found one for doing my 6.0, that was made by a manufacturer. You might find someone who assembled a bunch of kits into an all in one thing for you.

But, I would suggest:
1) a subscription to the full service manual, and read through the rebuild procedure so you know what bolts are single use and need to be replaced, as well as what specialized tooling you may need
2) make a list of all the gaskets and parts you need
3) find the kits to cover those parts (there are some top end kits, front cover, rear cover kits).

I would suggest ordering from rockauto, but know that some parts for your engine may not be listed under it, you may need to find the gm part number, then search for that number, to then add the part to your cart...

Well, that's how it is. Rockauto has some more complete gasket kits for an '04 6.0 (which they didn't have available when I was getting parts for my 6.0 a year ago), but bolts and probably still some gaskets and o-rings you'll still have to figure out what is needed and order them separately. As well as stuff like bearings, rings, valve stem seals, etc...
