Aal + rear block: shock extender required??

i have a 2012 Silverado with a Readylift 2.25" levelling kit. The truck already had and additional leaf spring installed before I bought the truck. As you can see below, it sits perfectly level. I would like to have some fake so I've been wanting to install the 3" Readylift rear blocks (replace stock blocks).

My question is: do I need shock extenders?

The block would give you 1.75" of lift over stock and the AAL's give around 1.5-2" depending on rear leaf condition... So yeah, extenders or longer shocks would be needed.
