Bad hub bearing??

So I've been having this ongoing issue for awhile now. Truck is a 2011 Silverado z71 has 99k on it. It's more of a rattle when hitting sharp or big bumps. It can be felt in the steering wheel and in the floorboards. Also slight vibration in steering at 45mph and above. Definitely sounds like it's coming from both sides of the front end. Something is moving that shouldn't be. It sounds like a bad front strut. But the whole strut assemblies are both new. I even changed the the quick struts again to make sure it wasn't them. No luck. There is absolutely no play in any of the front end components. I've checked it several times and I also took it to front end shop and they checked it as well. Came up empty handed. I thought it was possibly a bad upper control arm bushing but the shop is a good reputable front end shop. They said upper control arm bushings were good. Usually when a hub goes bad you either get play in them or the notorious grinding or whirring noise which changes when you turn one way or the other. I have neither of those. I've read on a few different sights of people having similar symptoms as me with no play or hub noise and they changed the hubs and it fixed it. Whatcha all think? Anyone ever had similar hub bearing problem without the usual hub bearing signs?

Yeah I've changed my fair share of hub bearings. I'm definitely not a rookie. Already done all the test. Jacking the truck up and trying to move the wheels and what not. As I already stated in my post. That's why I posted this I'm stumped. I know all the normal signs of a bad hub bearing.

Easier to say then do. Don't like spending $200 and still not have the issue fixed. I already spent over $300 or close to it on new quick struts. That didn't fix it either. I want to fix it and not throw money at it. But I'm almost to the point to start just changing parts.

Mine does that also. Makes some noise when spun by hand with the caliper off. The only other thing that I found is the front calipers are loose. I can't hear them rattling going down the road but if I crawl under the truck and tap on the calipers with a rubber mallet they are way to loose. All the bolts are tight but I think the caliper bracket slide or pin holes must be worn out to cause the play. Only thing is when I'm going over those bumps or spots in the road when the truck makes the noise I ride the brakes and noise is still present. So I don't think it's the calipers making the noise. I would like to get it figured out though. Driving me crazy. Has been doing this for awhile.

So as far as all the symptoms I stated in my original post you still would say the hubs? To be honest the only reason I haven't changed them is $$$$ lack of. Lol. OT doesn't kick in to the following week after Fourth of July. I just have never had these kind of symptoms out of a hub. Other than the noise when spun by hand. Usually on the ones I've always had to changed they sure showed themselves with the typical hub bearing symptoms.

If all else fails one less thing to change out down the road and one more new part under the truck. I've already changed the strut assemblies, sway bar bushings and end links. Need to change my front driveshaft u joints as well. They are on their way out too. Hey you guys wouldn't happen to know if a propane torch will heat the glue up in the front shaft u joints enough would ya? I don't have gas torches but buddy of mine does. Thanks to everyone.

You're symptoms were similar to mine and it ended up being the hub. I was able to find the best deals on moog hubs on Amazon prime. But it's odd your front drives shaft joints are already bad. Usually the cvs go out first (which I also replaced at the same time thanks to Amazon)

Ya I thought it was odd too. I didn't have to change the front u joints on my 2006 Sierra until 160k. The front u joints on this truck are leaking grease around the rubber grommet, caps are all rusty, and there is some play in them. I usually get my hubs from rock auto. But I'll check out Amazon. Thanks bro.

Update

So I'm getting ready to order the hubs but I figured one last time I would jack up the truck and check for play or any other signs before ordering them. Well the driver's side is the same except when I would spin the hub assembly I was hearing a clicking noise kind of like the wheel of fortune lol. It's coming from where the cv axle bolts onto the stub axle flange on the front axle. I'm not sure if it's coming from the cv itself or inside the axle. Both cv axles I could move a little bit in and out but I'm figuring that is normal movement from the joints themselves?? Also when hitting upward with my hand on the bottom of the axles the make a noticeable rattling or tinging noise. That almost sounds exactly like the noise I described in my original post now that I think about it. Passenger hub has no play but definetly lots of noise like the bearing is running dry on grease when spun by hand. What you guys think about the cv axles? I'm definetly going to order the bearings but should I also look at replacing the cv's too? Thanks fellas

Just as an update, I replaced both hubs yesterday. Passenger side was somewhat of a pain in the butt thanks to new England rust!...
Total job time was just under 3.5 hours with the drivers side being slightly over 1 hours time.
Truck was slightly wandering around at highway speeds. Only had it up to 55mph so far but, that seems to be gone.
the mild humming sound I could hear is gone...
ABS works normally again....
There was a vibration that was getting worse at around 60-70mph, I am thinking that the hubs were the issue there too but I will see.
