Yes, the engine was running. I use the USB ports mainly but would still like to get this fixed. Sucks having something that won’t work if there’s an option to use it.

 

Do you have it turned on? Press the button on the dash, it controls both outlets.

This. Is there a specific reason you want to use the power adaptor plugged in to the outlet instead of using one of the USB ports?

Sorry if this is a dumb question... What button? The outlet in my truck just works as long as the engine is running. I'm not aware of a button to turn it on and off.

 

I have a 2024 high country with no switch and outlets do not work with truck running or not running. Dealer can't figure it out. Any help??
