Okay am I the only person that has had a coolant reservoir leak from the bottom, there's a space where it looks like there should be a plug but there is not and my coolant tank started leaking there I figured it had a crack in it so I purchased a new one and when trying to put new coolant in it leaks in the same spot is there supposed to be a sensor there or a plug?

Spurted out the bottom of what, the overflow tank? Must have a leak, crack, bad hose?

So I figured it out figured I would share. I will post two pictures. One is a whole under the reservoir, the other is a hole in the filler hole. They are the ends of a strait tube through the middle to allow airflow. If filling you gotta use a narrow enough funnel to not spill it down the top hole or that will just come strait out the bottom.

It started slowly leaking on one of the Sierras so we replaced it and the Yukon's as a preventive measure. The red Sierra has only 77K but we might just put one on the shelf just in case.
