I am hearing a noise from the center of the dash whenever the truck goes over uneven surfaces enough to rock the truck. It is coming from the center area behind where the head unit is located. Has anyone had any experience with this kind of noise? Vehicle does not have to be running or on at all if you rock the truck from outside you can hear the noise inside the truck.

Why don't you do a little troubleshooting/investigative work and pull the head unit and have a look?

Like roorancher above said, pull the unit and look for something that could rattle and make noise. When I get an under the dash rattle near the pedals it's almost always a wire clip that's broken loose and is rattling against whatever it was being held to. Zip ties FTW.
I removed the front panel with screen and controls but unable to see anything that may be loose. I think it is in the evaporator box where the noise is coming from.
I guess anything is a possibility. I bought it used. I will try and get a video recording of the noise.
