I would say no, but it's a crappy shot...why don't you take one straight from the side like so:

Here is one at the side view. Also the measurement from the ground to the fender is 39 3/32" in the back, and 38 7/8" in the front so it has almost no rake to it.

Looks like it. Look at the bottom of the strut to see if it has a block.

 

I bet you all the whiskey in Ireland(which I will not produce if I am wrong) it is leveled.

No strut blocks, already looked for that. Maybe the torsion keys are cranked in? It doesn't ride rough at all though. The struts look stock, but the truck was so clean when I bought it that it would be hard to tell stock from aftermarket. It was an old man's trade-in on a 2015. Only 27,500 miles and garage kept so there isn't much wear on anything.

 

there arent any torsion keys on your body style. They use coilovers. There's probably a spacer at the top of the coilover.

There's definitely some sort of leveling kit/device. The fronts are normally in the 36'ish range. What type of shocks do you have? If they are Bilstein's, there's your answer (if they are the 5100's).
