Dripping water under truck

When the weather warmed up, I noticed that water (water, not coolant) will drip under the truck after I park it (usually it's after a longer trip). It's always on the passenger side, and I can hear it hissing on part of the exhaust system. I would put the drip right under the passenger side seat, or in that area. The tranny and engine temps never ever act funny on the road, and I'm not low on coolant. Any ideas on what this is (possibly due to my A\C not working?)?

Thanks for the replies, boyz. At least one part of my A\C is working!

The hissing noise you hear is the pressure ,equalizing in the A/C system after it's turned off.Ditto on the condensate drain.. the water should appear on the ground just behind the passengers side front wheel.

^^^As stated above, it is normal drainage from water off the evaporator. The hissing could be as stated above and due to the pressure equalization, or it may also be water dripping onto the how exhaust pipe. All of which is normal.
